Making a Purchase

Orders may be made online using the secure Paypal method, Visa or Mastercard.

Changing your order

You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Get Catty! mainly uses AUSTRALIA POST for all parcels.

Shop online securely with Get Catty! and get a $11.95 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia.  

An Express Shipping option is also available at the checkout for $17.95 to anywhere in Australia.

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving.

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days for all standard orders.  

Please note these delivery times are to metro suburb areas, rural post codes can take a few more working days.

Express Post delivery is overnight to capital cities and a day or so later to regional areas.

New Zealand

All prices and shipping costs are in AUD.

Get Catty! mainly uses AUSTRALIA POST for all parcels to New Zealand.

Shop online with Get Catty! and have your purchases shipped to anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of $21.95.

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days.

We do not Express Post to New Zealand at this time.

Estimated delivery is within 4-7 business days.  

Please note, that this is standard delivery time to major metropolitan areas of major cities, rural areas may take a few more days and this estimated time excludes any time in customs.


Returns Policy

Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.

Defective Products

Get Catty! endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.


  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, attached and be in original sealed packaging.
  • Hair accessories, hats and earrings cannot be returned.

Get Catty! is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Get Catty! is also not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries we aim to process them within 10-15 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.
